| RUSH ORDERS | |

| When our production schedule permits, we accommodate Rush orders. Rush or Addition orders may be subject to additional charges. | |

| ORDER CONFIRMATION | |

| Upon receipt of your order, we will issue you a typed confirmation within 24 hours. Upon your receipt, please check and confirm all information is correct, sign and fax back to our office. Only signed and confirmed orders will be processed. | |

| CHANGE TO ORDERS | |
| |
| Changes to orders may be made without penalty within 48 hours of order placement.
Any changes made thereafter will be subject to Addition charges and are not guaranteed
to arrive with your original order.

| SIZES | |
| |
Exact door sizes specifying product width and height (metric or imperial accepted)
to be included with your order. Belmont Doors does not add or subtract from
measurements provided. | |

| QUOTATIONS | |
| |
| Belmont Doors quotes are valid for 30 days. In the event changes are made to the order,
the original quote becomes invalid and a new quote will be issued.

| PRICING | |
| |
| MDF prices are based on square footage. Additional design elements such as V-groove panels and outside lips are available at extra cost.

| |
| SANDING | |
| |
| All prices include sanding at no additional cost. That said, we recommend that you prep
all doors before finishing due to various factors resulting from handling. | |

| SAMPLE MDF DOORS |

| |
| Sample MDF doors are available at 20% less than regular price. Some restrictions may apply.

| FREIGHT | |
| |
All prices are FOB Belmont Doors factory. Shipping options include:
- Courier: For small quantity shipments. Expedited delivery is available at a premium cost and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Belmont Doors Delivery: Please call to find out if we serve your area.

| CREDIT POLICY | |
| |
| Customers who have not established open credit with Belmont Doors are required to
pay a 50% deposit. Balance is due prior to shipment. Approved accounts
are subject to the following terms: 2% 10 days, Net 30 days. For your convenience, Belmont Doors also accepts MasterCard and Visa. |

| CLAIMS AND RETURNS | |
| |
Please inspect goods immediately upon receipt. In the case of shortage, damage or non-conformity, mark your observations on the bill of lading before signing or within 24 hours. Failure to comply with these steps relieves Belmont Doors and the carrier of all shipment responsibilities. Credit or replacement will be issued subject to inspection by Belmont Doors. Goods must be returned in the original condition if requested. Finished/altered doors will not be accepted.
Before returning components, kindly request an authorization number from Belmont Doors and return goods in original packaging. Broken and/or non-conforming components will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

| WARRANTY | |
| |
All Belmont Doors products are covered by a one-year warranty effective on the date of shipment. This warranty is limited to the original cost of the defective item and does not include costs associated with finishing, installation, removal, labour, travel or accessories used in conjunction with Belmont Doors products.
Damage caused by improper storage, moisture, handling, finishing or general usage is not covered by our warranty. Irregularities in colour reflect the nature of MDF and are not considered defects. Consequently, they are not covered by our warranty.
Requests to alter Belmont Doors’ standard construction specifications are not guaranteed and make void warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

| WARPAGE | |
| |
| Centre rails are recommended for all panels over 48". We recommend using melamine-laminated backs on our MDF doors to keep warpage to a minimum. Any panels over 48”
with no centre rail will not be covered under warranty. | |
| |
| |
| FINISHINGS | |
| |
| Doors with melamine-laminated backs do not require finishing. If you wish to finish the back of your doors, Belmont Doors can supply you with tested, melamine-friendly formulas from a reputable chemical supplier.
